Dear Volunteers

In response to your request for more face to face training, Don Murray has kindly offered to assist and will be hosting volunteer training on Saturday 17 April:

Practical Mark laying (online theory below)
Flags
Finishing

All skill levels are most welcome to attend the training.

There is no limit to the numbers who attend training, however if you could register via the roster, it will help us track participants and organise classes/boats accordingly. We will add more as needed.

Prior to the training it is advised that you also complete the online training available in this training portal link   In addition to the RQYS live Course Laying Training we will be requesting that all RQYS Course Layers take part in the new Australian Sailing On-line Course Laying Training which comes with its own accreditation via AS. You can register here https://yachting.canopihr.com.au/auth/register?returnUrl=%2F  The course takes approximately 4 hours to complete.

Any questions, please do not hesitate.
